About

For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of their most challenging moments and profound transformations. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in helping adults navigate the complex terrain of trauma, identity, relationships, parenthood, burnout, career, and life transitions.

I work from psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) frameworks, offering both traditional talk therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, as well as Integration therapy. My approach honors the depth of your experience while recognizing your cultural, religious, or spiritual experience and the wisdom within all parts of yourself. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that shape your life and unlock pathways to healing.

My practice serves a diverse range of adults, including:

- Anyone experiencing symptoms related to trauma, chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from themselves

-Therapists and healing professionals seeking their own space to process and restore

-Mothers navigating the challenges of parenthood or processing birth trauma

-Sandwich generation caregivers balancing responsibilities across generations

If you're feeling stuck or have lost touch with who you are, you're not alone—and there is a path forward.

My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and deep respect for your unique story. Whether you're seeking relief from persistent struggles or ready to explore new dimensions of healing through ketamine-assisted therapy, I'm here to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

You deserve care that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.

I work with a diversity of clients struggling with life transitions, perinatal and postnatal mood and anxiety disorders; parenting and caring for aging parents; anxiety disorders; depression or thoughts of suicide; trauma, grief and loss; sexuality and gender identity questions; educational or occupational difficulties; or questions about how they can feel better or help a loved one. My goal is to provide a nurturing and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where you will feel supported and heard.
